Markets from zero.

Delusional about what's possible. Strict about what's true.

We open the UK and Europe for AI companies. Positioning, pipeline, first customers.

SCROLL
[ What you get ]

Things the company has afterwards that it didn't have before.

Clear positioning

Something complicated, made sellable.

A pitch and a deck

Simple enough for the customer to repeat it back.

A product that flows

We find where the buyer gets lost and fix it, so the demo does the selling.

The UK and Europe opened

Target accounts, the right people, first meetings and POCs.

A pipeline you can trust

Real stages, blockers written down, a forecast that doesn't surprise anyone.

An honest go-to-market plan

Built on the real sales cycle, so nobody's shocked in month six.

Built to hand over

Everything we make is yours.

Customers kept and grown

The account after the first deal: renewals, expansion, the second contract.

[ Who ]

James and Brett.

Most people wait for a market to be ready. We go in while it's still a field and a rumour. The part that's madness, we're honest about. The part that's maths, we're very good at.

James Palmer

Opens the UK and Europe for AI companies: works out what the product is actually for, says it so a buyer can repeat it, gets the product to where the demo sells it, then gets in the room with the right people.

Most recently opened the UK for a behavioural AI platform selling to banks and wealth managers, from zero to a pipeline of tier-one accounts. Before that, first international hire on Zoom's sales team, built the UK outbound motion with no playbook, and closed around $4m in annual recurring revenue including 10,000-seat enterprise deals. Investor in three companies. Techstars Boulder, 2024.

Brett Knapp

Keeps and grows the customers once the first deal is done, and knows the US buyer from the inside.

Started in door-to-door sales. One of the first BDRs at Zoom, so she helped write the playbook, then closed around $3.5m in annual recurring revenue as an account executive in healthcare. Through two IPOs, SendGrid and Zoom. At Attentive she was one of the first to sell the AI products, and ran enterprise accounts after the first deal: renewed and expanded. Investor in two companies.
